After accepting the proposal, follow our steps below. There are optional online tools you can use to help develop your project.
Step 1...
- Select your domain name here (choose 1 main and 1 alternate, if you've already registered a name, proceed to item 2 if not proceed to item 3.)
- If you've already registered a name, provide us with that name, the registrar you used (godaddy, netsolutions, fatcow, etc.) and the login information for that domain.
- Select Your Colors Here(select from the top number.)
- Sample Free Online Graphics You Can Use(select from the categories listed, write down the ID number of the image.)
- Sample Paid Online Graphics You Can Use(just type your industry in the search box, and write down the ID number of the image.)
- Select a type style you want used for the content of each page here.
- Provide us with the nitial webmail accounts you want us to setup (ie: sales@yourdomain.com, info@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com, yourname@yourdomain.com)
- Notify us if you want to use our online audio or video gallery.
Preparing Your Content...
We prefer that you send us your content in MSWord(.doc) format attached to an email message.
- Spell check and format your document as best as you can.
- Prepare an email message to us.
- Attach your word document with the proper name of the document in the subject of the message.
Preparing Your Graphics...
We prefer that you send us your graphics in either "jpg, gif, or pdf" format attached to an email message. The images CANNOT have any space between the words or no dashes or hyphens. FOR
EXAMPLE:
Here is an improper way to name an image - image's that I want to use.jpg (the problem is the spaces and hyphens).
Here is a proper way to name an image - imagesthatIwanttouse.jpg (no spaces in the wording or hyphens).
- If you are sending a jpg/gif image for insertion into your document, make sure that the largest size of this image in no larger than 500 pixels wide.
- If you are sending a jpg/gif image for an image gallery, make sure that the largest size of this image in no larger than 800 pixels wide.
- If you are sending a pdf file, you can send it "as is".
- Prepare an email message to us.
- Attach your image/pdf document with the proper name of the document in the subject of the message.
