Disaster Recovery Services - If the server goes down that is hosting your project, we will transfer your project to another server at no additional charge.

We provide daily backups on the server your account is hosted on and weekly external backups to CD/DVD.

Every Project Is Unique...
We designed and developed your project to your specifications, so the cost to maintain it varies. Listed below are our current rates for all maintenance and modifications. There is a 15 minute minimum.
Q). Who do you recommend your maintenance service to?
A). We recommend our maintenance plans to any client that needs either daily, weekly or monthly updates to their web site. If you only need maintenance every once in a while, we recommend you just take advantage of our affordable options services on an as needed basis.
Q). What type of maintenance do you provide?
A). We offer 4 levels of maintenance depending on your requirements. You can have us maintain each level or all 4 levels.
Q). Is this service on a contract basis or for a pre-determined amount of time?.
A). Because of the setup involved, we'd like a 6 month commitment. Remember, this service is for those clients that need either daily, weekly or monthly updates to their web site.
Q). I want to update a newsletter or maybe 1 other page, can I update this myself?.
A). Yes you can, our most popular option is an online content management system that lets you update any page using your browser. In addition, we can setup a weblog for continuous interaction with your visitors. We'll even provide 15 minutes of FREE! training.
