3.1 WARRANTY.
Company warrants that Client will obtain the promised results within 120 days of the effective date of this agreement. Client shall not perform or allow (e.g. by a webmaster or hosting company) any changes to Company's optimized keywords, keyword phrases or source code once it has been inserted into Client's web page specified herein, nor shall Client perform or allow any additional standard submissions of said web page to any search sites, nor shall Client perform or allow Company's optimized source code to be inserted into any web page other than the page specified in this agreement, without the prior knowledge and approval of Company. Client shall not fail to perform (or prevent Company from performing) correct insertion of all of Company's optimized source code into the web page specified herein. Any such actions on the part of Client as described in this Section of this agreement shall void this warranty and refund.

3.2 WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.
Except as stated in this section 3, each party disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation any and all warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement with respect to any technology or services used in performance of this agreement. Neither party warrants that its web page(s) will operate error-free or without interruption.

Affordable Web Sites does not and can not warranty hits, clicks, traffic or sales other than the promised visitors to be provided during the first 120 days of this agreement, as stated in B6 (of your agreement). We cannot warranty that someone will click on your site.

3.3 REFUND POLICY.
If Company fails to meet the warranty as set forth in section 3.1, Company shall notify Client by email after 120 days of effective date that the promised results have not been achieved, and that the customer is entitled to a refund of up to 50% of the cost of the service and administrative fees that client has paid. Of this 50% potential refund, 25% (half) shall be determined by the achievement or failure to achieve the warranted search engine rankings. The remaining 25% (other half) contingent upon achievement or failure to achieve the warranted traffic/visitors to the web site (as stated in Section B6). The actual amount of refund for the warranted traffic/visitors which shall be prorated based upon the actual percentage of traffic delivered. Said request for refund shall terminate Company's duty to provide services. In order to receive refund, Client must request refund within 30 days of receipt of email from Company. Furthermore, Client is only eligible for refund if Client has met the requirements of Section 2 herein (known as "Obligations of Client").

Client may request the refund by telephone 478-922-8978, by mail (Affordable Web Sites, c/o Cancellations, PO Box 1531, Warner Robins, GA 31099-1531) by email (cancellation@affordablewebsites.net) or by fax 478-922-8979, within the initial 6 month term of this Agreement.
